As a dancer myself, I understand the quest for the perfect line, the difference between a foot pointed here and a foot pointed there.  I understand the passion that drives a dancer to spend hours a day in a studio, and the joy that comes from getting lost in movement.  Because I understand all of this, I know how important it is for a dancer to get the perfect shot.  Sometimes, we have to hit the line over, and over, and over again, until we get as close to perfection as the moment will allow.  Dancers spend so much time striving for perfection, that their bodies turn into a work of art in and of themselves.  

My job is to capture that art in a new form.  A dancers body has a life span.  My portraits do not.  The glory of your ballerina, hip hop, or jazz artist will live on for generations to come in an exquisitely captured photograph that merges the artistry of both forms together.
